Ver Plantilla CEO	As Chief Executive Officer, Ver sets the vision and direction of the company. A bold and innovative entrepreneur, Mr. Plantilla has over 15 years experience launching and growing successful companies. Prior to founding ESI, he was a pioneer in the sales and marketing of prepaid telecom products and services. He is credited with building a home-based business into a multi-million dollar US-based telecommunication company. In 2006, at the height of the booming BPO business in Asia, Mr. Plantilla opened the company's branch office in Makati City, Philippines ahead of the current trend.

William Tuomey President	Dedicated to providing outstanding client service. Bill founded and built four companies in the Insurance Administration Communications, Employee Leasing and Real Estate industries and led them each, for many years, providing exceptional customer services and communication innovation. He left the insurance industry in 2008 and joined ESI to bring almost 50 years of business leadership to ESI and its complex goal to be the best in the business process outsourcing industry.

Luk Vongprachanh VP of Finance	Majority shareholder and co-founder of ESI. A savvy investor and hands-on business owner, Ms. Vongprachanh has pioneered several market-changing innovations in every industry she's been involved with in the last twenty-five years.

Paul Ohran VP International Operations	After graduating from San Francisco State University, Paul progressed through the ranks from bookstore manager to President of Brentano Book Stores then President of Barnes and Noble college stores. In his second career, he served successfully as Vice President of Sales for several large telecom companies. Joining ESI's parent company in 2000, he now serves Cristel Telecom as its President with added overseas responsibilities for ESI.

Edward Balontong COO Philippine Office	With a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Ed has over ten years experience in executive and senior management positions in corporate communication and customer services. He has an extensive and varied background in all facets of software development and internet technology and served as Chief Operating Officer of one of the largest cell phone companies in the Philippines.
